• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.

• An endorsement of any specific hospital, surgeon, procedure, or treatment plan.

You must always consult directly with a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns and before starting any treatment.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Engaging HuaHeal's services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and HuaHeal, or between you and any of our team members. Our team members are chaperones and coordinators — not medical professionals. The doctor-patient relationship exists solely between you and the licensed physicians at the hospital you choose.

3. Hospital Recommendations

Any hospital, clinic, or physician we recommend is based on our team's personal experience and knowledge of the local healthcare landscape. In providing recommendations, we:

• Do NOT provide medical evaluations of hospitals or physicians.
• Do NOT guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of care at any recommended facility.
• Encourage you to independently verify credentials, seek second opinions, and make your own informed decisions.
• Receive NO commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from any hospital or clinic — our recommendations are not financially motivated.

4. Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 120 (China) or your local emergency number immediately. HuaHeal is not an emergency service. While our chaperones will assist in coordinating emergency care during your stay, we cannot guarantee immediate response in life-threatening situations. Always follow emergency protocols first, then contact us when it is safe.

5. Medical Insurance & Financial Responsibility

• HuaHeal does NOT provide medical insurance or travel insurance of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for all hospital bills, medication costs, and any other medical expenses incurred during your treatment in China.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive international travel insurance that covers medical treatment, hospitalization, and medical evacuation before traveling.
• We will assist you in preparing documentation for insurance claims, but we do not guarantee claim approval or reimbursement.

6. Treatment Outcomes & Risks

All medical procedures carry inherent risks. These include but are not limited to infection, complications, adverse reactions, treatment failure, and in rare cases, death. By using our services:

• You acknowledge that you understand medical treatment involves risk and uncertainty.
• You accept that HuaHeal cannot predict, prevent, or be held responsible for any adverse outcome resulting from medical treatment.
• You agree that all medical decisions — including the decision to proceed with, delay, or decline any treatment — are yours alone.

7. Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about hospital facilities, procedure costs, wait times, and treatment options. However, medical information changes rapidly, and hospital policies and pricing are subject to change without notice. Always verify critical information directly with the hospital before making decisions.

8. No Liability for Medical Outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuaHeal and its team members disclaim all liability for:

• Any injury, complication, illness, or death resulting from medical treatment received in China.
• Misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, or failure to diagnose by any treating physician.
• Errors or omissions in medical records, translations, or communications.
• Any actions or omissions of hospitals, physicians, nurses, or other healthcare providers.

9. Informed Consent

Before undergoing any medical procedure in China, you must sign the hospital's own informed consent documentation. That consent is between you and the treating hospital. HuaHeal's role is limited to facilitating communication so you understand what you are consenting to. We do not provide or replace the hospital's informed consent process.
